Who can take part
- You must be able to get around and take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- Your organs and bone marrow must be working well enough.
- You must have one of these tumor types: colorectal cancer (non-MSI-H/non-dMMR), liver cancer (HCC) with specific gene changes (APC or CTNNB1), desmoid tumors, or other solid tumors with WNT pathway activating mutations.
- You cannot have had a bone fracture or osteoporosis in the last year, and no active bone metastases (except for certain prostate cancer cases).
- You must not have uncontrolled heart disease, inflammatory bowel disease, or untreated brain metastases.
