Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older (and can follow the study’s birth-control rules if needed).
  • You have confirmed advanced gastrointestinal cancer that cannot be removed or has spread, and for one study group you had only one previous treatment line for metastatic disease.
  • Your cancer has measurable spots that can be tracked by scans, and you are expected to live at least 16 weeks.
  • You can move around and do daily activities fairly well (ECOG 0–1).
  • Your organs (like liver, kidneys, and blood counts) are working well enough for treatment.
  • In the main study arm, your tumor is BRAF wild-type (and not MSI-H), and you haven’t had prior BOLD-100.
