Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older.
- Your glaucoma is not well controlled with medicines/drops and you need surgery.
- Your planned operation includes a glaucoma drainage device (GDD), sometimes combined with cataract surgery (phacoemulsification).
- You have not had certain prior eye surgeries recently (shunts or trabeculectomy/MIGS) and you do not already have a GDD/Xen/Preserflo device.
- Your study eye has usable vision (not no light perception) and your other eye is not worse than 20/200.
- You do NOT have certain eye conditions such as past corneal transplant, severe corneal disease affecting cell health, uncontrolled uveitis, or conditions that raise eye vein pressure.
