  • You are the main unpaid caregiver and are at least 18 years old
  • You provide regular care to someone with mild to moderate dementia
  • You have been caregiving for at least 6 months
  • You help with at least one daily activity (like eating, dressing, or moving around)
  • You can use a smartphone or tablet and can read Chinese
  • You are not in another research study at the same time
