  • You are an unpaid caregiver for a family member or friend with dementia.
  • You regularly help or support the person with dementia.
  • You feel at least a moderate amount of stress (score of 14 or higher on a stress test).
  • You can speak and read English.
  • You have a computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet access.
