Who can take part
- You have a concerning (suspicious) ovarian/adnexal mass that could be early-stage ovarian cancer
- Doctors believe you can safely undergo surgery, including lymph node biopsy and a full lymph node staging procedure if needed
- Your mass is not considered unlikely to be early-stage ovarian cancer
- You do not have signs of ovarian cancer that has already come back (recurrent cancer)
- There is no sign you had advanced ovarian cancer already (FIGO stage III or IV), and you have not had chemotherapy before surgery (neoadjuvant treatment)
- This is not a situation where you have another metastatic cancer or more than one new ovarian cancer at different times (double primary/metachronous)
