Who can take part
- Your breast cancer must be triple-negative: ER under 5%, PR under 5%, and HER2 negative
- You must have early-stage disease (no spread to distant organs): either T2–T4 N0, M0 or T1–T3 N1–N2, M0
- Your lymph nodes must be checked with biopsy if they looked suspicious on scans
- You must have had a breast and armpit scan (mammogram/ultrasound and/or MRI) within 49 days of starting
- You must not have had chemo, radiation, or prior cancer-killing treatment for this breast cancer before
- You must be generally well enough for treatment (blood counts, organ function, and heart function must meet limits)
