Who can take part
- You are a woman age 18 or older
- You have a suspicious pelvic/ovarian-area mass and are being advised to have surgery to remove/biopsy ovarian tissue
- You have had pelvic imaging (ultrasound, MRI, CT, or PET/CT)
- Before surgery, you have blood tests CA-125 and HE4 and a ROMA result is available
- You can give blood samples for the study, follow instructions, and return for regular follow-up
