Who can take part
- You are female and have an ovarian or adnexal mass (a lump near the ovary).
- You are scheduled to have surgery or a biopsy for this mass for the first time at this hospital.
- You have not yet received chemotherapy, radiation, or other cancer treatments for this mass.
- You do not have another cancer besides the suspected ovarian cancer.
- Your imaging does not show a benign mature teratoma (a common non-cancerous cyst).
- You can give a blood sample before any surgery or treatment.
