Who can take part
- Be age 18+ (and if you can become pregnant, you must not be pregnant and must not be breastfeeding)
- Have newly diagnosed Ph+ or BCR-ABL1-positive ALL and have not started leukemia treatment like TKIs or chemotherapy (preconditioning only may be allowed)
- Be well enough to function day-to-day (ECOG 0–2) and have an expected survival of at least 3 months
- Have acceptable blood test, liver/kidney, pancreas enzyme, and heart rhythm/heart function results (the trial lists specific lab and ECG limits)
- Not have certain infections or conditions: no HIV, no active hepatitis B/C, and no uncontrolled active infection
- Be able and willing to do all study visits and follow-up, and have no other medical problem that could make safety worse or get in the way of the study
