Who can take part
- You must have a type of leukemia called Philadelphia chromosome-positive (Ph+) or BCR::ABL1-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia, or a related form of chronic myeloid leukemia.
- You must be 18 years or older.
- Your daily activities should not be severely limited (ECOG performance status 0–2).
- Your liver, pancreas, and heart need to be working well enough, with no serious infections or other cancers.
- If you are a woman who can have children, you must have a negative pregnancy test and use two effective birth control methods or abstain from sex during the study and for 4 months after.
- If you are a man, you must use effective barrier contraception or abstain from sex during the study and for 4 months after.
