Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old
- You took part in one of these earlier gene-therapy trials for hemophilia: AGT4HB or GO8
- You can give informed consent and follow the study plan
- Your blood counts and clotting tests meet these targets (platelets at least 140, and INR 1.5 or less)
- Your kidneys are working well enough (eGFR at least 50)
- You can safely have the biopsy and related procedures (no iodine contrast allergy or anesthetic allergy)
