Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You will stay on usual cancer treatment at the study site for the whole study
- You are either starting first-line treatment, or you finished it and are about to start second-line treatment
- You can understand the study and sign written consent
- You are willing to share de-identified medical data and give blood samples at visits
- Your cancer type and stage fit one of these: late-stage (unresectable) lung (NSCLC), colon (stage IV), or certain subtypes of breast cancer (all late-stage and unresectable)
