Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with localized prostate cancer (confirmed by biopsy).
- Your planned treatment is a specific high-dose radiation called SBRT, given in 5 weekly doses.
- You have intermediate to very high-risk prostate cancer meeting certain criteria (e.g., tumor stage up to cT3a, Gleason score 9 or lower, PSA 20 or lower).
- Your prostate is larger than 60 cc (about 60 ml) and/or your urinary symptom score (IPSS) is above 12.
- You cannot have very high-risk disease that requires hormone therapy (ADT) and an ARPI medication (e.g., if Gleason score 8 or higher and stage cT3a).
