- You are between 18 and 45 and still having regular periods
- Your usual cycle length is 24 to 34 days
- You can travel to the Calgary clinic for regular ultrasounds during the study
- You can have a pregnancy test at the start of the cycle and again at the end
- You have data for your previous 3 cycle lengths
- You are not pregnant during the study, and pregnancy tests must be negative
