Who can take part

  • Be 18 to 75 years old and have advanced solid tumor cancer that has progressed or you can’t tolerate standard treatment
  • For lung cancer: have a specific EGFR mutation (either EGFR activating mutations or EGFR exon 20 insertion) depending on the study group
  • Be able to provide fresh or stored tumor tissue for study testing
  • Have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans and be well enough to do daily activities (ECOG 0–1)
  • Agree to contraception rules during the study and have signed informed consent
