Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older and have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with an EGFR mutation that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
- You have already been treated with at least one EGFR-targeted therapy (like erlotinib, afatinib, or osimertinib) and, for some parts of the study, you must have tried a third-generation EGFR-targeted therapy (like osimertinib).
- You are physically active enough to care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1) and expected to live at least 3 months.
- You have not taken a fourth-generation EGFR-targeted therapy before.
- You do not have any major health problems that would interfere with the study, such as uncontrolled heart disease, active infections, or bleeding issues.
- You agree to provide a blood or tumor sample if possible, and women who can have children must use effective birth control.
