Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and can sign informed consent.
- Your cancer is locally advanced, not removable by surgery, and standard chemotherapy plus radiation is not an option (or you’re not eligible/refuse it).
- Your tumor tests positive for HER2 (IHC 1+, 2+, or 3+ from lab testing at the study site).
- You have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans, and your overall health is good (ECOG 0 or 1).
- You have not had any prior radiation or anti-cancer medicines for this locally advanced cancer.
- Your blood counts and organ function tests are strong enough for treatment (heart, liver, kidneys, and bone marrow).
