Who can take part
- Age 18–75 years old
- Diagnosed with advanced or unresectable clear cell kidney cancer that has grown or spread after at least two prior treatments (including immunotherapy and a targeted drug)
- Your tumor tissue must show CD70 protein expression (a marker the CAR-T cells target)
- At least one measurable tumor visible on imaging
- Good overall health status (Karnofsky Performance Status score ≥70%, meaning you can manage most daily activities)
- Normal or near-normal blood counts, liver, kidney, heart, and lung function
