  • You are between 14 and 35 years old
  • Your fear of getting injured is high on the study questionnaires
  • Your ACL was injured while playing or training for sports
  • You previously had ACL reconstruction on one knee (not both)
  • Your ACL surgery was between 6 months and 10 years ago
