Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 45 years old
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 35
  • You had your first ACL tear and surgery on only one knee, using your own hamstring tendon
  • You did not have other major knee injuries or previous knee surgeries
  • You do not have severe heart, lung, brain, or vision problems
  • You are willing to join the study and sign a consent form
