  • You are planning to have a lung transplant at Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
  • You can read, understand, and sign the study consent form.
  • You have not taken TNF-alpha antibody treatment before and are not taking it now.
  • You do not have a positive compatibility blood test (crossmatch) and are not considered highly sensitized (pRA greater than 30%).
  • Your transplant team believes study participation is safe for you.
