Who can take part
- Be 18 years or older
- Have atrial fibrillation (AF) or atrial flutter, confirmed on an ECG/Holter, or have heart failure listed in your medical records
- Be able to understand the study well enough to sign consent
- Be able to speak and read Dutch
- Have access to a smartphone or tablet to use the app
- Not have severe cognitive problems (for example, severe dementia)
