Who can take part

  • You are pregnant with monochorionic twins (twins sharing one placenta).
  • The doctor diagnosed selective fetal growth restriction (sFGR) before 28 weeks of pregnancy.
  • You (and the child’s other parent/partner if involved in care decisions) are at least 18 years old and can consent.
  • You can sign consent for the study and agree to follow-up visits for up to 2 years after birth.
  • At the time sFGR was diagnosed, you did not have TTTS or TAPS.
