Who can take part
- Age 18–70
- Triple-negative breast cancer confirmed by pathology, plus LAR subtype with a PAM pathway mutation
- Advanced or metastatic cancer, and any local recurrence can’t be removed with curative surgery
- No prior chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or other anti-cancer treatment for advanced/metastatic disease
- Reasonably strong organ function based on blood tests and liver/kidney results, and expected survival over 3 months
- No brain (CNS) metastases, and heart disease must be controlled; also pregnant or breastfeeding is not allowed
