Who can take part

  • You have pulmonary hypertension based on a pressure test: higher than 25 mmHg at rest or higher than 30 mmHg during exercise
  • You can understand and sign the consent form and agree to follow the study schedule for up to 5 years
  • You have not had a serious worsening of breathing symptoms (acute exacerbation) in the last 3 months
  • You have not had major recent procedures related to the chest/heart/lungs or recent eye surgery in the last 3 months
  • You have no major recent heart problems: no hospital admission for a heart condition in the last month, and no heart attack in the last 3 months
