Who can take part

  • You have non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer that has not been treated before
  • Your cancer must be stage II to IIIB (with specific lymph-node involvement) and still operable with surgery
  • Your tumor test shows an EGFR mutation called either 19del or L858R
  • You can provide tumor tissue (or agree to blood testing) for PD-L1 and EGFR testing
  • You must be well enough for treatment and surgery (good physical function and lung/heart tests)
  • You have no major treatment blockers (such as prior cancer medicines like chemo or immunotherapy, or certain immune conditions)
