Who can take part
- You’re 18 years or older, and you’re well enough for treatment (good daily functioning).
- Your NSCLC is stage IIB, IIC, or IIIB (not stage I and not stage IV).
- Your tumor has one of certain rare gene changes: RET fusion, BRAF (V600E or certain other confirmed BRAF changes), ERBB2 exon 20 insertion, MET amplification, or MET exon 14 skipping.
- Your cancer team can confirm specific lymph node involvement and can collect enough tumor tissue for PD-L1 testing.
- Your lungs are healthy enough to handle the planned lung surgery.
- You have not had prior anti-cancer drugs or radiation, and you can commit to follow-up visits and study treatment.
