Who can take part
- Be an adult (age 18 or older) and agree to sign informed consent.
- Have non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that was completely removed with surgery (no remaining tumor).
- Your brain scan (CT or MRI) before surgery or before randomization shows no brain metastases.
- Your tumor should be EGFR/ALK mutation negative (not EGFR-mutant and not ALK-rearranged).
- After surgery, your cancer stage must be stage II, IIIA, or IIIB (N2), and you must have recovered well from the operation.
- Your overall health and blood tests must be within allowed ranges (including certain liver, kidney, and blood counts).
