Who can take part

  • You are 65 years old or older
  • Your kidney function is above a certain level (mGFR greater than 30)
  • You can understand the study and sign written consent
  • You should not be bedridden
  • You should not be in end-of-life/palliative care
  • You should be able to speak the study language and complete at least 60% of assessments
