  • You have esophageal cancer confirmed by pathology (biopsy or surgery diagnosis)
  • Your study team can get tumor tissue samples for testing
  • You have at least one measurable tumor spot they can track using standard scan rules
  • You have not yet had full-course anti-cancer treatment for advanced or metastatic chest tumors
  • Your heart testing, blood counts, and kidney/liver tests meet the study’s limits
