Who can take part

  • Be age 18 to 85 and able to understand the study and sign consent (including follow-up for 12 months).
  • Have severe, painful or dangerous poor blood flow in the leg (critical limb ischemia) with Rutherford stage 3–5.
  • Need first treatment for new (de novo) artery blockages below the knee.
  • Your blockage should be very narrow or fully blocked in up to two below-knee arteries, and the treated area must be in specific locations and sizes.
  • You must have at least one artery to the ankle that is not badly blocked (less than 30%).
