Who can take part
- You have metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer and are currently on hormone treatment (ADT) plus an AR pathway inhibitor (ARPI)
- You have used ADT + ARPI for 6 to 12 months and your PSA blood test is 0.2 ng/mL or lower
- You must have an approved plan your doctor discusses with you before starting (written informed consent)
- You have not had a planned “full” radiation plan for certain single-metastasis findings (M1a) plus long-term hormone therapy
- You have not had both testicles removed (bilateral orchiectomy)
- No other cancer treatments or cancers are expected to interfere with study results, and you can realistically follow visit and testing schedules
