This study compares exercise with supplements to see which helps rotator cuff–related shoulder pain. It may help you by testing different low-risk treatment approaches for pain that has lasted at least three months.

Who can take part
- You are over 40 years old.
- You have shoulder pain lasting at least 3 months.
- Your shoulder pain is from rotator cuff–type problems confirmed by a clinic exam and an MRI.
- Your shoulder movement is not too limited (external rotation at least 30°, and flexion at least 120°).
- You do NOT have a full-thickness or massive rotator cuff tear.
- You do NOT have certain exclusions like major shoulder instability, allergy to the study supplement, recent shoulder trauma as the cause, prior surgery on the same shoulder, pregnancy/breastfeeding, or diabetes.
