Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have shoulder pain on one side that started from an injury or accident.
  • Your pain has lasted more than 6 weeks.
  • Your pain is worse when you move your shoulder actively.
  • Your pain level is less than 8 out of 10 (where 0 is no pain and 10 is worst pain).
  • You have been diagnosed by a specialist with a rotator cuff injury, shoulder impingement, or related shoulder pain.
