Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • Your injury happened within the last 24 hours
  • Your injury is limited to either one shoulder or one chest wall area
  • You have one of these injury types: rib fracture; collarbone injury with little/no dislocation; certain AC-joint injuries (Tossy 1 or 2); or a near/not-dislocated upper arm bone fracture
  • You cannot have 3 or more rib fractures
  • You can’t have rib fractures on ribs 1 to 3
