Who can take part
- You must have taken part in the VitaFlow pre-market trial at one of the 4 listed hospitals: Zhongshan Hospital Fudan University, Zhejiang University (Second Affiliated), West China Hospital (Sichuan University), or Fuwai Hospital.
- You (or your legal guardian/relative) must be reachable so the team can contact you.
- You must be able to understand the study’s long-term follow-up and be willing to share follow-up information.
- You (or your legal guardian) must sign the informed consent form.
- This also includes cases where the patient is already known to have died (with contact through a legal representative/relative).
