Who can take part
- You have small cell lung cancer or neuroendocrine carcinoma that has no standard treatment options left or you cannot tolerate them.
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You are in fairly good health (able to do daily activities without help or with only a little help).
- You have a tumor tissue sample available for testing a marker called DLL3, or you can have a new biopsy.
- You must not have had certain prior treatments (like anti-DLL3 drugs, chemotherapy, or vaccines) within the last few weeks.
- You do not have active infections, uncontrolled brain metastases, or serious heart/lung conditions.
