Who can take part
- You have small cell lung cancer that has gotten worse after or you could not handle standard treatments
- A sample of your tumor tissue must show a protein called DLL3
- You are expected to live at least 3 more months
- You are able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1)
- You agree to use reliable birth control during the study and for 6 months after the last dose
- You cannot have had certain cancer treatments or vaccines within a few weeks before starting
