Who can take part

  • You must be at least 20 years old.
  • Your cancer must be advanced or metastatic and standard treatments have stopped working or are not an option.
  • You need to have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan (like a CT or MRI).
  • You should be able to do light work or daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your kidney, liver, and blood cell counts must be within certain limits (your doctor can check this with blood tests).
  • You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you must agree to use highly effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after.
