Lutetium-177 catalase injection for advanced solid tumors

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old and able to do your daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You have an advanced solid tumor (like liver, ovarian, or prostate cancer) that standard treatments have stopped working for or you cannot tolerate.
  • Your doctor expects you to live at least 3 more months, and you have at least one tumor that is 1 cm or larger and can be injected directly.
  • Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function must be within safe limits (checked by lab tests).
  • You agree to use effective birth control during and for 6 months after the study (if applicable), and you are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You can lie flat for 30 minutes, do not have severe claustrophobia, and are willing to sign a consent form.
