Who can take part

  • You must have a type of cancer that has spread or cannot be removed with surgery, and standard treatments have stopped working.
  • You must be 18 years or older (75 or younger for the first part of the study).
  • Your overall health should be good enough to perform daily activities without much help (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You need to have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You must be willing to provide a tissue sample from your tumor (either from a past biopsy or a new one).
  • You cannot have serious heart, lung, or other uncontrolled medical conditions.
