Lutetium-177 LNC1004 for advanced thyroid cancer that no longer responds to standard treatments

Radioiodine Refractory Differentiated Thyroid Cancer

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You have a type of thyroid cancer that no longer responds to radioactive iodine and standard therapies like TKI drugs, or you have chosen not to take these therapies.
  • You are in fairly good overall health (able to care for yourself most days).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • Your tumor shows high levels of the FAP protein on a special PET/CT scan.
  • Your blood counts and organ function (kidney, liver) are within acceptable ranges.
