Who can take part

  • You must have metastatic prostate cancer that still grows despite low testosterone levels (castration-resistant).
  • You must have had treatment with docetaxel (chemotherapy) and at least one hormone therapy like abiraterone or enzalutamide, or you are unable to have docetaxel.
  • A PSMA PET-CT scan must show that your tumors are PSMA-positive.
  • You should be in generally good health, able to do daily activities (WHO performance status 0-2).
  • Your blood counts, kidney, and liver function must be within safe limits.
  • You must not have active spinal cord compression, blocked urine flow, or serious infections.
