Who can take part

  • You have advanced liver cancer (stage C) that can be treated with a procedure called TACE (chemoembolization).
  • You have not had any previous treatment for your liver cancer, such as pills, infusions, or procedures like TACE or radiation.
  • Your liver is working well (Child-Pugh class A), and you are able to do daily activities without help (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • You have not had any serious bleeding, blood clots, or major surgery in the recent past.
  • You do not have active infections like tuberculosis, HIV, or uncontrolled hepatitis B or C.
