Who can take part
- You have advanced liver cancer (stage C) that can be surgically removed and has invaded the portal vein (types VP1-2).
- You have not had previous targeted therapy or immunotherapy for your cancer.
- Your overall health is good (ECOG score 0 or 1) and your liver function is well-preserved (Child-Pugh class A).
- You do not have active autoimmune disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, serious heart conditions, or a bleeding disorder.
- You have no other cancers in the last 3 years (except cured skin or cervical cancer) and no history of liver transplant or significant fluid in the abdomen.
