Who can take part

  • You must be at least 50 years old.
  • You must have wet age-related macular degeneration (AMD) with active leaking blood vessels in the back of the eye.
  • Your wet AMD must have responded well to previous anti-VEGF injections (like Eylea or Lucentis).
  • You cannot have had any gene therapy in the past.
  • You cannot have an active eye infection or inflammation in the study eye.
  • You cannot have had retinal detachment or recent bleeding in the study eye.
