- You are 50 years old or older.

- Your vision in the study eye must be between 20/800 and 20/40 on a standard eye chart, with at least 20/400 vision in your other eye.
- You have responded well to previous anti-VEGF injections (like Lucentis, Eylea, or Avastin), meaning your eye condition improved with those treatments.
- You do not have any other serious eye diseases in the study eye, uncontrolled glaucoma, or poorly controlled high blood pressure.
