Who can take part

  • You are 2 years old or older.
  • You have a cough or symptoms of coughing.
  • You (and your parent/guardian if you are under 18) are willing to sign a consent form.
  • You do not have a serious health problem (like severe scoliosis, recent stroke, unstable heart disease, or dementia) that would make it hard to cooperate.
  • The skin on your upper belly (where the device will be placed) is not damaged, irritated, or weak.
