  • You are a woman aged 18 or older
  • You have or are suspected to have endometrial, ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer
  • You are scheduled for chemotherapy after a hysterectomy (uterus removal surgery)
  • You speak and read English fluently
  • You own a smartphone and have internet access to fill out surveys
  • You are in good enough health to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1)
